About Lori Fagile, FNP-C

Lori Faglie is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner born and raised in Prince Edward Island, Canada. She completed nursing school at P.E.I School of nursing and moved to Arlington, Texas to begin her nursing career. Lori has worked in various inpatient and outpatient settings over the past 28 years. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2018. Her passion for nursing and the drive to continue her education led her to pursue her master’s degree in Nursing from University of Texas at Arlington, graduating as a Nurse Practitioner in 2021. During her nursing career, Lori has cared for patients in every stage of life ranging from extreme prematurity to the elderly. She is dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate care and developing lasting relationships with her patients.

Lori and her husband Blaine got married in 1998 and moved to Brock, TX to raise their family. They have the pleasure of raising four amazing children Ethan, Aidan, Adam, and Ella, plus their two dogs Finley and Lexi. Lori and Blaine enjoy watching their children play baseball, football, volleyball, choir, band, or whatever activity they want to try. As a family , they spend much of their time cheering each other on in their activities, camping, and traveling.
